Ciao! Welcome to design-ERS, an impromptu joint-venture between Federico and Raffaele, two creative (AKA crazy) minds.
Who we are
For the many of you who don’t know us, Raffaele is a 24-year-old product (UX) Designer, Medium’s Top Writer in Design, and Notion expert. He’s originally from Sorrento and he’s living between Milan, Lisbon and Berlin these days.
Federico was born in 1982 in Arezzo, got a Telecommunication Engineering master degree in Florence, spent some time in Finland and 5 years in Milan before moving to Silicon Valley in 2013, where he fine-tuned his expertise in digital strategy, human centered design and customer / employee experience. He has worked for PwC and Microsoft, and is currently the principal people experience designer at Facebook.
