Classroom instruction is a complex problem. It is the perfect example, of what designers call a wicked problem — there is no one-size fits all solution and highly dependent on multiple, competing, contextual variables.

As an instructional coach, you come face to face with trying to improve this wicked problem everyday!

That’s why we created Design for Action, a community for instructional coaches. A place to share and collaborate around concrete tools that help you create changes in action. are informed by the Principals of Adult Learning and Design Thinking.

It’s free to join!

It doesn’t cost anything to join. We just ask for your engagement, participation, and feedback so we can best support your critical work in classrooms.
