We’re thrilled to announce that BSTRO has been named a Top 100 Women-Owned Business by the San Francisco Business Times.

“It’s truly an honor to be included in this list of inspiring women who are making a difference across all sectors of our economy,” said BSTRO’s CEO and owner Jill Tracy. “I started BSTRO at my kitchen table in 2004 to provide marketing solutions that were designed for engagement. I had no idea that we would grow into an international digital marketing agency and be included in such esteemed company as Stella & Dot and Rodan + Fields.”

The announcement was made in San Francisco at Women Who Lead, an event celebrating women’s achievements in business and leadership.

BSTRO’s commitment to women expands well beyond the company’s ownership. In fact, 75% of the agency’s management team are women, and 60% of the development team are women. BSTRO is also certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

“Everywhere I go, I keep hearing that the future is female,” continued Tracy. “In our case, our present — and our future — is female, and we couldn’t be more proud. Our team’s diversity is one of BSTRO’s competitive advantages.”
