About IBM Cloud Security and Compliance Center
Security and Compliance Center is a foundational service in IBM Cloud that is designed to help customers in highly regulated industries, such as financial services, achieve continuous compliance. It integrates daily, automatic compliance checks to help minimize risk and identify areas for remediation. Users can tailor their experience to the needs of their organization through the creation of custom controls and profiles and can stay audit-ready by generating reports for their results. Historically, that process was difficult and manual in nature, which placed your organization at risk. But with Security and Compliance Center, you can integrate automatic compliance checks into your development lifecycle to help minimize that risk.
Working together, across a large organization
The Security and Compliance Center product team fostered collaboration at scale across IBM Cloud to create a platform that’s secure by default. The team aligned eight diverse and formerly distinct work streams through a series of dedicated workshops that utilized Enterprise Design Thinking and 4-in-a-box, cross-team sessions. By working closely together in an agile setting, the team was able to synthesize user research and business needs into a unified end-to-end enterprise platform experience.
We are excited to receive the Fortress Cyber Security Award, which recognizes the exceptional customer experience and industry leadership of IBM Cloud Security and Compliance Center. With strong cross-team collaboration, winning the 2023 Award is a testament to the creativity and passion for success of our Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams. The Security Services Design team proactively addresses the dynamic challenges of compliance and security and drives to deliver a best-in-class user experience for our customers.
