I want to tell you about something that can happen to your online shop at any time.

A bad thing called review raiding. This is when another seller tries to hurt your shop by leaving many bad reviews.

Let me explain what can happen to you with an example.

A person bought many products from your shop. When the products arrive, they damage them. Then they left one-star reviews on every single thing they bought. They did this because they sell the same things you do. They wanted to make your shop look bad.

Fantasy? Not exactly.

People play dirty when money is involved.

Why Do People Review Raid?

Some sellers get scared when other shops do well. They try to make the other shop look bad.

This is like pushing someone down to make yourself look taller.

But this is not right.

There is room for many shops to do well.
