Find yourself worrying non-stop about EVERYTHING? What if I told you that everything that happens to you can be categorised into the following groups:

A simple framework to focus

Things that matters are determined very much by your principles, values and goals. That is why we always believe that once you’ve got those things right, life starts to become much easier. Things you can control are usually determined by your abilities, authority and the nature of the problem. However, there’s one thing we need to realise, and that is that if something is important enough, there’s almost always something you can do about it; it’s only a matter of how badly you want it.

It’s quite a no-brainer once you put your worries into this framework isn’t it? Why waste your time worrying about things which you can’t influence or things which simply don’t matter?

Growing up is also about realising that there are some things and some people that we simply can’t change and we just have to accept them for what they are. In any case, focus your attention on things that matter and things that you can control because for everything else, there’s mastercard. Stop worrying and get into action.
