Don’t rock the boat?
A while ago, a group of friends gathered to talk about work and how it felt like a dead-end job. The conversation centered around how important it was to not rock the boat; to maintain an even keel. The person in question said that he would complete his work as assigned, thereby mitigating any risk of job security.

But, what if the boat starts rocking, anyway?
The challenge in this line of thinking is simply that the mindset has not evolved with the changing times.

Roles and responsibilities at the home, office and social arenas have been in a constant state of evolution for a long time now, however our thought processes and paradigms have largely remained the same.

Create a new way of thinking
1. Challenge the thought process of the status quo,
2. Champion the creative thought process,
3. Review from as wide a perspective as possible,
4. Step back, analyze and distill.
