Migration and immigration are an omnipresent topic worldwide. Germany in particular is well known as a country of immigration. The high level of attractiveness is mainly due to the high demand for skilled workers and the benefits that are offered to German inhabitants. Many individuals come from conflict-torn regions, only to face not only bureaucracy hurdles, but face hurdles in having their job qualification officially recognized. Despite shortages in skilled labor, these individuals are often advised to undergo the same training, which they already had in their country of origin.

As a result, even highly skilled professionals like surgeons may find themselves working as Uber Eats driver to support their families in their new home country.

Socialbee’s innovative approach focuses on integrating refugees and immigrants into the labor market. Collaborating with companies and providing support, they bridge the gap between skilled individuals and job opportunities. Through free programs, including remote options, socialbee equips participants with essential skills for fields like marketing, solar plant construction, or logistics. Once the programme is completed, SocialBee supports participants in finding a job that matches their programme. The company also offers support with life in Germany, from dealing with the bureaucracy, to accessing legal advice and healthcare.

This concept touches me deeply as I saw and still see the challenges my own family faced when they moved to Austria. When we think about how many skilled workers are needed and how our population is dwindling, I see migration as the only chance to fill the jobs that will be missing in the future.

I am convinced that this approach will have a positive impact for Germanys work industry. By supporting diversity and inclusion, socialbee is not only meeting immediate labour needs, but also fostering a stronger, more cohesive society.

SocialBee Advertising highlights his ability to handle stress by citing an example where he endured three days without food while they couldn’t move on to the border to Türkiye.
