Sum up what you do in one sentence.

I get to work on the coolest technology in the world!

How did you end up in this role?

I previously worked with a team member at another company working on the Ghostbusters video game. As the VR department at Fjord was expanding, he reached out on social media to see if anyone was working on VR in the enterprise space. I was eager to apply.

What’s been your favorite part of working at Fjord?

Working with my amazing team. Everyone is a tenured professional that sets us up for success.

Where do you find inspiration?

The technology itself is inspiring. It is a new frontier for innovation with unknown potential.

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be and why?

Steven Spielberg. I love his creativity, personality, and extensive career.

What are your three favorite things to do on the weekend?

Spend time with my wife. Spend time with my dog. Spend time outdoors (if it’s not too hot!).

What’s your hope for the future ?

I’m ready for VR/AR to become more accessible to the masses and catch fire as a more widely adopted technology.

If you didn’t have this job, what would you be doing?

I’d move to Costa Rica and run a bar on the beach.

We’re always searching for creative, innovation-minded thinkers and doers like Hunter. Want to join the league of extraordinary Fjordians? Learn more about Fjord and check out our open positions here!
