Influx of Demand
The sheer number of people requiring disability support is about to significantly increase. By 2019 the NDIA projects that the NDIS will support about 460,000 Australians with disability needs, who will all be requiring disability service providers.

“The NDIS has been rolled out gradually around Australia since 1 July 2016, and from the time of rollout to December the NDIA approved as many participant plans as it had in the preceding three years” (NDS 2017)

Changing Industry Landscape
Though the Australian Government has effectively doubled the amount of money it will spend on supporting Australians with disability, the increase to the number of people receiving support is going to be much more than double. The pricing structure puts a lot of pressure on providers to become more lean, creating opportunities for acquisition, partnership, and specialization.

Our Objectives

  1. Provide market valuation, sizing and segmentation around customer needs in order to guide growth of existing business
  2. Identify and develop key new growth opportunities

Defining a Better Future for Australians with a Disability

We worked with Lifestyle Solutions to create a blueprint for a sustainable, differentiated future that always links back to their core purpose — providing Australians with rich, happy and productive lives. While other providers in their sector are scrambling to keep up with government reforms, requirements and pricing structures, Lifestyle Solutions has a clear idea about the role it will play in an NDIS market.
