We’ve been helping Cricket Australia to re-imagine the way commercial partnerships are designed, formed and maintained. By approaching this challenge from a product and service design mindset, we worked to anchor commercial partnerships around meaningful brand connection rather than just dollars.

This program culminated with our team hosting and facilitating the Cricket Australia’s inaugural partner summit in the Byron Bay hinterland. Along with Cricket Australia and 40 of their partners, we spent 2 days focused on designing and crafting future partnerships that provided long term value.
