Data usage in the service

We found different data sources related to asthma, listed below:

• National Current Asthma* Prevalence (2015)
• Emergency department visits by selected hospital characteristics: United States, 2013
• Statewide variation in asthma prevalence in Medicaid
• National Center for Health Statistics — Asthma
• Emergency medicine network

Based on the value proposition we had, we tried to relate these data to these props and make use of these data. Here are several possible usage:

• Air quality data: forecast for unfriendly day and time and even area for asthma kids to do outdoor activity.
• Emergency department location data: recommending nearest departments according to users’ locations
• Incidence of asthma: using national asthma prevalence, health statistics and demographic data to predict incidence of asthma in coming years
