Initial Value Flow Diagram

Creating a value flow diagram from the Service Proposition is a good way of visualizing the elements involved in the service. Initially we scoped down to 3 service propositions that we felt would be worth exploring. We sketched out a Value flow diagram from this.

Our first draft involves the value flow model for three service propositions that are interrelated to each other.

The major components are

Children with Asthma, Primary Care Provider, Secondary Care Provider, Adults with Asthma, Children’s Peers and Doctors and Nurses.
