We are InTune, a company dedicated to connecting artists who are looking for a new source of income and collaboration with fans who are curious about their favorite musician’s creation process and hoping for an opportunity to learn or even get involved.

Our Mission

Our goals are to support artists and music lovers by providing the best opportunities to connect with each other through interactive content made for sharing and collaboration. We want take the mystery out of pursuing creative careers through conversation while compensating artists as an additional stream of revenue for their work.

The Origin Story

With the pandemic, artists and creators have lost a huge portion of their income as well as opportunities to meaningfully interact with fans. On the flip side however, being at home has allowed artists more space to rest, reflect, and dive into the creative process without the hustle of traveling for tours. What if there was a way for fans to subscribe to a platform that gives them access to a large variety of artists’ pages meant for direct feedback, work-in-progress insight, live sessions, and workshops? Introducing InTune! We are a subscription-based platform dedicated to giving our community the ability to tune into artist’s studio sessions, concerts, book deal debriefs, and much, much more. Lastly, we give artists complete creative freedom to have complete control over what is being shared while providing them with an alternative stream of income.

We are dedicating 80% of all revenue from the subscription fee directly to the artists, which also includes the licensing fees to labels of signed artists for using their name and content. On music streaming platforms, such as Spotify, this figure is usually about 66% with a majority going to the labels. Therefore, we opted to provide a higher percentage cut in order to make sure artists, even those signed to record labels, are being properly compensated for their work and getting the largest chunk as they would on tour promotions.

So, who is this for?

A large feature of the platform is inspiring and providing context to those who are looking to enter the industry, we believe our product would serve those who have demonstrated interest in making that potential switch and are looking at a career change, which was about 52% of the population in 2019, and listen to music daily (under the assumption that these people are great fans of music), which was 52% of the US population in 2020. Because our parameters are quite wide, in our first year, we are hoping to capture about 0.25% of this market and bring aboard roughly 210 to 220 thousand subscribers.

Our product’s goal is to appeal to a wide spectrum of music lovers. Because the content of our platform is a highly interactive experience with each artist and their creative process, we are able to cater towards both entertaining the everyday fan as well as provide an insightful educational perspective for prospective and rising artists.

Our biggest objective is to help you and your favorite artists stay In Tune!
