Meet the Designers

Theresa Hans is currently a Software Designer and Event Programmer for AIGA Upstate NY. She studied Graphic Design Communications and Marketing at Roger Williams University. Everyone knows her as the obsessive New York Mets fanatic and the crazy dog lady (but we love her dog Smalls!) She is fascinated by all things sports and sports design/marketing/coordinating. We all support her in her life aspiration to one day become the happiest beach bum on the island.

Ann Novelli is currently a Software Designer and Design Thinking Facilitator. She studied Electronic Media Arts and Communications with a Concentration in Marketing and Communication Design and a minor in Marketing at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute. Everyone knows her as the organizer, alphabetizer, and color-coder. She is an accomplished banana bread maker. We all support her life long dreams on becoming a hand-letterer but most importantly a couch potato.

Yasmine El Garhi is currently a UX/UI Designer and Design Intern. She is currently in her last semester studying Human Computer Interaction and Business at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Everyone knows her as a part time Better Homes and Gardens model and retired trophy winning bowler. She loves all things Human Computer Interaction, design, design research and is super fascinated by social media and its affects on our psychological well-being. We all support her life long dream to read and eat chips professionally

Our newest joiner of the challenge:
Adaoha Uzoho is a recent graduate who studied Web & Information Systems at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Everyone in her class knows her as the first one to see the beauty and need for user experience designers. She believes UX is the future (regardless of the industry!) She knows it makes life better. Life easier. Life more tolerable. We all support her dreams to make the world a better, easier, and more tolerable place. :)
