The goal of each and every products is to solve user’s problem. But It’s not necessary that product will definitely solve the problems every time and will become a lovable product.

So, The question is How to know users experience of product?

Design Practice aimed to know, what’s users opinion about the experience that they are reading using users opinion poll

Crew Members of Design Practice are sharing their product experiences with the design community. Crew members are always curious to know about what their readers feels about their articles and what’s the readers view on their experience? Also,Design Practice got some reader’s feedback on articles.

To help crew and readers, Design Practice decided to try users opinion poll feature and give the better experience to readers. For this opinion poll, Design Practice used Hotjar.

What is Hotjar?

Hotjar is providing a service to understand site visitors by Heatmaps, Feedback Poll, Surveys and more.

Design Practice is sharing good and bad user experiences and to get the user’s opinion, Design Practice set hotjar feedback option,

  • Users gave their opinion in 37% articles which are published on Design Practice
  • 77% readers are agree with the product experience shared by the authors

Experience on Quora downvote feature got the most number of opinions and 85.71% agreed with author Pooja Tripathi’s experience, https://www.designpractice.io/blog/quora-downvote

Experience on Zoho Onboarding Journey also got the same number of opinions but 50% of the readers agreed with author Aswini K’s experience, https://www.designpractice.io/blog/zoho-onboarding-journey
