Meetings! 😧Meetings are a necessary evil. We need them to function but at the same time, they can also impede our functioning.

Many articles have been written on how to have better meetings. Despite this knowledge, and even after putting it into action, meetings still remain the bane of our existence. Why is this? It’s because we’re focussing on the wrong aspect.
