Welcome, Nikhil Nanu — Together we are stronger!
I am super excited to announce that Nikhil Nanu is officially one of the Director of DesignString Solutions Private Limited and taking up the Chief Design Officer role.
It’s been close to 4 years of the journey so far at DesignString for Nikhil and he is buckled up to embrace the Entrepreneur pledge here on.
Bit of History …
I met Nikhil in MobStac as a colleague while I was working as a Marketing Engineer under the leadership of Ravi & Sharath in 2013, a place where I learned some of the best lessons on the work culture and followed at DesignString as well.
His journey started in September 2016 as Sr. UI/UX Designer of DesignString.
High Turbulence
As Nikhil started with projects, we landed a website project for a Mumbai based big firm and it changed our perspective in multiple ways. We (Me&Nikhil) ended up staying in Mumbai to deliver the project and ultimately completing it successfully. We brought home tons of business lessons and a lot of things changed from thereafter. Moments we share & celebrate in our career journey.
So far …
Nikhil is one of the key contributors in the business, irrespective of he owns it or not. He is empathetic and has supported in really tough business times with multiple personal sacrifices. I really appreciate him for that.
Nikhil has been leading the design team from day one and his contribution has grown over time. Making a difference in the business by driving some of the key projects like Cleartrip, Blackbuck & Rapido, gaining a huge experience along the way.
After we moved to be a ‘Product Design Company’, shutting other services ( Branding, Website Design, Pure tech), his role has become critical.

Now …
Pandemic time has been tougher on DesignString for sure but we are able to navigate with enough work and capital to sustain for many more months to come. Thanks for all the good work our team is been doing so far. I am really proud and happy for the team at DesignString and look forward to seeing more of them taking a leadership role and driving the company forward.
We have also started an in-house product effort recently. OKRbot is our first product and we been seeing huge promises. I will have more exciting news in the coming days on the same, stay tuned.
