The NYU Entrepreneurship Summit of 2021 was one of the first in person events that happened post pandemic. Usually NYC is big on entrepreneurship events which provides a lot of opportunity to meet and connect with like minded and fellow innovators / creators.

As the Event progressed I was intrigued to know that Thrive Market was a brand that started out of NYU. Then came the in person meeting opportunity, I happen to sit in one of the dedicated round tables which emphasized on the Food Industry, a current student who is one of the co-Founders Simple Vodka Company (you might be wondering ahhh !!!!!! another Vodka Company) I was on the same boat as well wait till you hear the best part. So this company “SIMPLE VODKA” solving the Hunger around the would for every bottle we buy (Cool isn't it !!!! — we get drunk and a hungry person gets the meal he deserves). The motto was unique and every individual can feel sense of accomplishment when they are having a good time with their loved ones without any guilt where this company in the background is appreciating your efforts of supporting their mission and is serving meals to the Unfortunate ones.

The Conversation started around how did the promotors tried to differentiate the brand and their unique mission in the Ocean of Vodka Brands where celebrities from Kendall Jenner to Cameron Diaz are all pushing people to buy their brands to become the next Billionire. The Co-Founder shared an interesting story, among many brands that exist in the market GREY GOOSE is like a star of the show (i was also wondering why ?) he continued to explain how the bottle is designed and none of the other bands can pull off what Grey Goose has been doing because of its slender, tall neck bottle design it can be placed only on the top shelf and when ever a customer looks at the Bar counter “GREY GOOSE” is bound to stand out through its design (I am like wow !!!!). So the Design of the bottle helped the brand to invest less on marketing and define a premium space for itself (Yeah its needs specialized packaging and handeling— thats the design decision the company went ahead to occupy the mind share of the customer).Vodka

The “Simple Vodka” integrated few best practices that have been followed by the bigger brands with Taste, Quality and Unique Mission Statement they are looking to make a big difference in the Crowded Vodka market.
