One of our favorite lunch spots is Essen, a place where you can pretty much choose anything you’d like for lunch. Once it hits 5pm on a Thursday, you might find us at the neighborhood spot Woagies, a bar/restaurant that has great prices and some of the best wings in the city. Both places are less than a five minute walk from out 55 Broadway location!
What are some favorite & unique amenities or features of the space?
One of the best amenities that 55 Broadway offers is our designer furnishings and communal space. We offer the most comfortable and stylish areas to have a quick conversation with a teammate or hack away on your laptop for a few hours.
We also have a full kitchen and high top bar seating for folks to get a change of scenery during the lunch hour. Not only that, it’s nice and quiet!

As soon as you step into 55 Broadway, you immediately realize how the space mirrors the Financial District/Wall Street area.
Designed with sleek minimalism, old New York finishes and the feel of a boutique hotel, the space was curated with Wall Street in mind.
The colors in the common area are rich and cozy, while the office areas are polished and designed for optimal productivity.
