One of the most exciting features of the new application is Hourly Bookings! Since we launched Deskpass, the ability to check availability and book conference rooms, meeting rooms, phone booths in realtime has always been among our most requested features. And now, you can!
When we decide to build something we try to build it right. So, we worked with our fantastic spaces all over the country to add a simple and powerful way to find meeting when and where you need it. Our app makes it absolutely painless to search for spaces that are the right size and has the right amenities that you need. Best of all, Deskpass members get discounted hourly pricing compared to publicly available rates.
We’re launching with nearly 100 beautiful conference and meeting rooms in our eight cities: Chicago, LA, New York, SF, Denver, Austin, Boston & Miami. We are adding new rooms on almost a daily basis, so if we’re missing a great one you think we should add, let us know!
To get started, head over to the app and click the “Hourly” tab in the top left corner. From there you can filter availability by time, group size, and other helpful ways.
