The nreal light is a new augmented/mixed reality device that looks and like a pair of sunglasses. It comes with a seperate computing system and controller, and it has integrated audio. The nreal Light is being compared to Magic Leap because they’re both glasses, but the nreal light is a fraction of the weight, cost, and has a better display quality with 1080p projectors in each lens and a 52 degree field of view. Likelihood of success is high because its more affordable than the Magic Leap and the more discrete looking design of the glasses might make people wear them in their everyday lives, they have also recently received a 15 million dollar investment to fix certain issues before it hits the market.
