Hello guys! When choosing a tipping platform, it’s always important to be able to correctly set everything up. 3 Registration Steps
- The first step in setting up your account is, of course, registration. It’s possible via email or Twitch/YouTube/Discord/VK. There are 5 available interface languages (and even more will be available soon): English, German, Spanish, Russian, and Italian.
2. After registration, you should go to your account settings and enable 2FA (two-factor authentication). It’ll vastly increase the security of your account and enable the withdrawal of funds.
3. And the last step is account verification. This is a standard process in all platforms as it’s mandated by the law. In its process, you will need to insert a photo of one of your documents (passport, driver’s license, ID card, etc.), and upload a selfie where your face is clearly visible.
It’s also possible to integrate the platforms you’re present on after the registration process. There are 5 platforms available for integration: Twitch, YouTube, VK, Discord, and Steam.
3 Tipping Functionality Set Up Steps
- After the registration is complete, you should select the currency of your account in the “profile” tab. Three are 3 available currencies: euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), and Russian rubles (RUB).
2. The next step is the tipping functionality customization. To make it, you should go to the “donations” tab in your account settings and set all the functions. Among them are:
- The minimum tip (donation) amount.
- Media Sharing and Media Autoplay (so you can avoid unwanted media content).
- Tips pre-moderation (so you can manually check any tip before letting it go on air).
- Passing on the transaction fee to the tipper.
We also have a built-in machine-learning-based profanity filter to prevent unwanted texts in tip messages, so you can be absolutely sure that none of your tippers can (intentionally or not) send you dangerous or offensive messages.
3. The last step is to connect your withdrawal methods and save them so you can easily receive payouts with just one click. It’s possible thanks to destream being the first platform that is PCI/DSS compliant.
You can connect Visa, MasterCard, and MIR credit cards and make instant withdrawals from any place in the world. Choosing to withdraw your funds to your EU bank account is also an option (SEPA).
