One of the challenges that newbies face when trying to choose a career path in software development is the ability to choose what career is suitable for them, but I’m not gonna discuss that today and this post will be for those who have chosen a path already.

So let’s briefly talk about the Front-end of web development. By meaning, Front-end simply means the part of the website that the user interacts with and also Front-end guys are responsible for the beautiful and structured view of every websites.

Let’s talk about the tools used by these FE guys:💪

  • HTML which stands for Hypertext Markup Language, It’s the fundamental markup language use for web creation and development apart from template generators.
Basic HTML structure
  • CSS stands for Cascading Stylesheet which is used to beautify the website. It has many libraries and frameworks which one can lend to make the use of web tools easier and to speed up the developmental process. Examples are LESS, SASS, Semantic UI, Bootstrap and lots more which you can google search.
Structure of CSS
  • JavaScript, This I can say is the area father 🙌🙌 of the web development because a website without interactivities is a boring site. Which this tool you can perform magic on the website, It can make your static page fun and interactive one. JS is a scripting language for the web and its completely different from the way HTML and CSS structure appears, below is the code snippet.
JS code snippet
  • Code Editor: This allows you to write any of the above code in a dedicated app other than normal rich text format software. There are lots of them out there and you can make your choice based on the preferences. You can check them here.

What do you need to get started? I will, first of all, tell you that you need to be passionate about it because it's not easy as it could be explained to you but when you’re perfect, then you can tell others how easy it is because you are already the mastery of the tools.

You should remember that consistency and dedication is the key to learn and adapt to a new thing. So be consistent with the learning and ensure you dedicate the little time you have outlined for the learning faithfully then you’ll become the world-class you’ve always wanted to be.

Feel free to drop your comment and suggestion on this post as the next one will be YOU building your first website with me. Till I come your way again, Be You and Be Awesome. You have what it takes.✌🧡
