As of this week, Alex Trottier joins the Devery team to help expedite our partnerships with key brands and retailers. Alex’s extensive experience and contacts in the retail space is a huge asset to the Devery project.

Alex is the current Chief Product Officer at Bonial, a location based shopping platform that reaches over 25 million users every month. Bonial has 300 employees in 11 offices around the globe, helping over 1,000 retailers and brands to communicate their offers and products to their most loyal customers.

His previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Carmudi and Senior Product Manager at Electronic Arts. Carmudi is a startup funded by the German startup accelerator Rocket Internet and is one of the world’s fastest growing online car sales websites. Electronic Arts is an American video game publisher producing titles such as Need for Speed, FIFA, Star Wars & Mass Effect.

Alex’s experience in integrating online solutions for offline brands is also expected to significantly improve Devery’s product development and market fit for its solution. His industry experience and connections will also help accelerate Devery’s outreach to key brands.

Whitepaper v2.0 Released!

We are excited to announce that our new, significantly revised whitepaper has officially released!

You can view it here: https://devery.io/whitepaper/Devery_Whitepaper_rev5.pdf.

After much deliberation with our advisors and feedback from the community, the new whitepaper should answer most of your questions regarding the Devery project.

Github Repositories Released and Bok Khoo’s BTTS

The team has been working hard on preparing the alpha of the protocol for release in the coming weeks. We’re happy to also announce we’ve open sourced repositories within our Github.

You can find these repositories here: https://github.com/devery

We will also be integrating ‘Bokky’s Token Teleportation Service’ (BTTS), created by our advisor Bok Khoo which will allow users to send EVE tokens without needing Ethereum as a gas cost. Users can send messages to third-party services to process their transactions and pay the gas cost on their behalf. In return, the user pays the service provider a percentage of EVE tokens.

This provides a practical means of using the Devery protocol without requiring retailers and others users to hold EVE and Ethereum.

You can view the Github repository here: https://github.com/bokkypoobah/BokkyPooBahsTokenTeleportationServiceSmartContract
