Announcing Veridexa — Commercial Authenticity Labels, Project Updates
We’re proud to announce Veridexa which will be the NFC team in the ecosystem and will provide NFC integrations for those building on the protocol. Led by it’s CEO and former Devery team member, Chironjit Das, Veridexa is focused on providing NFC integrations to commercial e-commerce companies and will be using the Devery protocol for it’s underlying blockchain technology in it’s product suite.

Veridexa‘s goal is to drive the adoption of smarter labels and packaging that would allow verification, virtual labels, automated processing and ultimately better logistics for the brands. NFC tag integration is their first step in this process. The Devery protocol will be used to power the blockchain aspects of their solution and allow for blockchain verification for brands in their product suite.

Veridexa represents the first project in our move to decentralise the project. This is an ongoing process alongside our previously mentioned development projects for this transition into phase three. EVE will also be allocated to Veridexa over the next week in order to access and allow marking on the blockchain using the protocol.

How does Veridexa fit in?
Veridexa represents the next stage of the ecosystem, they are either commercial or development focused and allow for a distributed movement of the next stage. In Veridexa’s case, they understand blockchain and are working to integrate working implementations on its commercial service offerings.
When will phase three begin? How does it work?
Phase three is our gradual movement to decentralisation. As we successfully delivered the first and second stages of the project, phase three will be a gradual transition and announcing these projects as well as releasing our newer projects are our steps towards this plan.
What’s next?
We’re currently working with our previously mentioned projects and also speaking to the other projects which will be announced the coming next year. The focus is on quality and we want to ensure the technology we’ve developed works well, in addtion to ensuring the quality of the upcoming projects.

In line with this transition into phase three, we’ll be focusing our communication on our telegram announcements channel and medium, shutting our other telegram channel which has served its purpose as we move forward.
