Devery Project Updates — China + NY + Devery JS
The Devery team has been busy in the past month continuing the improvement of the Devery Protocol, the dApps built on it, as well as advancing the adoption of the technology.
The team was in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen for the majority of June. This allowed the team to focus on improving hardware integration and integration into manufacturing supply chains.
Further, we were able to visit some manufacturers to discuss adoption as part of the manufacturing supply chain, and we will be working on further testing these to ensure that brands that utilise these manufacturers can use the protocol effectively.
We also headed to New York for the PI Apparel conference in June. It was a great event being able to network with the innovation chiefs of most major apparel brands, as well as being on a panel for discussion on blockchain tech in the space together with Loomia, Accenture, and Forum of the Future.
The DeveryJS frameworks and documentation is mostly complete and will be released soon. As mentioned in our previous update — we expect that this will make it easier for third party developers to build applications utilising the protocol. We will also be making further updates on encouraging development utilising the Devery Protocol.
Implementation for the World Food Programme (WFP) and Ministry Tunisian Project is moving forward with the application development phase completed, and on-the-ground trials currently being planned.
Lastly, we will be adding our marking app development to our list of products. This marking app will allow you to mark any product on the blockchain so that you may utilise it yourself. We’re currently in the testing stage of development and will release this in the coming months. This will be the first of it’s kind and we have spent months planning and iterating on this build. We look forward to releasing this in the coming months via the website.
Overall, its business as usual for Devery. We are acutely focused on application development and business development with the goal of ensuring the number of product markings utilising our blockchain keeps growing.
