We recently held an AMA session with Eric Choi, the co-founder of DEVITA to deliver fruitful information about the key features of DEVITA Global.

Introductory questions
Q1:
Host: Hi (Eric), nice to have you in our community today. Can you please introduce yourself (a bit of background) and provide a brief introduction about the Devita Project?
Eric: I’ve been in the crypto space for about 7ish years now. I have consulted for about 50+ projects and currently sit on the advisory board of about 5 projects. My past experience includes consulting in the product development, market entry strategies, and technical architecture of blockchain projects in both large and small scale projects. As well as co-producing the first 2 seasons of the world’s first blockchain survival TV show, “Blockbattle : Who’s the next Satoshi?” which involved partners like OkEX, Huobi, Neo Global Capital, Ontology, Bitgo(Will Obrien), and many more~
DEVITA literally means About life in latin. So we are a project about life. DEVITA is a data sovereignty project with it’s first entry to market in the healthcare sector. Our aim is to solve problems in the following sectors
- Global Healthcare Infrastructure.
- Data Privacy.
- Data Access.
- Data Democratization.
- Private Health Information.
- Financial Literacy.
We believe that all human beings are driven by and have a right to the preservation of life.
Legacy healthcare system has been suffering from systemic inefficiencies for years which the recent pandemic has only served to bring to clearer light. DEVITA affirms and advances the preservation of human life by solving two central problems lying at the heart of contemporary healthcare. Current physical infrastructure that lacks the reach to be of service to the greatest number of people. Outdated model for data management and mismanagement of data. DEVITA aims to be the first economically sustainable solution to these issues globally.
DEVITA is a digital health services platform coupled with decentralized health record management protocol. With the following core functions..
⬣ Telehealth services with end-to-end encrypted messenger with voice / video call functions
⬣ Decentralized Identification (D.I.D) ONE ID
⬣ Decentralized Health Record Database
⬣ Decentralized data marketplace based on an auction system and finally fully on-chain governance to decentralize the entire ecosystem
Q2:
Host: Here is the second question from Introductory Segment. Based on our assessment, it appears that Devita has a huge vision to revolutionize the global health sector. Are we correct with this assessment? And also can you please shed more light on this massive vision?
Eric: So, actually, yes and no, allow me to clarify.DEVITA on the surface is a healthcare infrastructure play, but at its core, it is sooooo much more than that. We are a DATA sovereignty play with a DID infrastructure that relies on DLT technologies to allow for user sovereign data. Healthcare was just the most obvious sector to start because healthcare data is the most heavily regulated as well as the most in $$ value. With the COVID pandemic upon us the last 2 years the global markets have had a slap in the face that healthcare infrastructure could be greatly improved by existing technologies. With our partners @ Gerege Systems who have 91% market penetration in Mongolia as well as the monopoly on PCR testing databases and vaccination systems for the government we saw a clear play at tackling a very immediate problem. so instead of doing the classic version of product market fit. We found what market product is fit.
Q3:
Host: We heard that you’ve got your IEO coming up soon. Can you please share some insight on what the team has planned out, and also how the community can participate?
Eric: Actually our IEO was just announced minutes ago on Flybit one of the few FULLY licensed centralized exchanges in South Korea. We were literally the first project to be reviewed in application to a board of reviewers which included members of the financial investigation unit along with the Flybit listing community to be approved through this new regulatory process enforced by the Korean FSC. We signed our contract today after passing the review process with flying colors.
Q4:
Host: We believe that the DEVITA utility token will play a huge role in your ecosystem and how it’s going to be operated. Can you please share more insight on that?
Eric: So our fully decentralized on-chain governance introduces what is the DEVITA DAO which is set to launch within the next few weeks. Our UI/UX team and development team has created a second to none beautiful layout and functionality as well as allowing for governance to control virtually every part of the token ecosystem from lock-ups, grants, marketing budgets, various ecosystem funds, staking pools, and even product updates. This is run through a proposal and approval process with inspiration from the Metacartel Venture DAO, and Compound’s governance systems. We aim for what we see to be the digital continuity of true capitalistic democracy at a global scale on-chain
Q5:
Host: Here is the last question from the Introductory Segment. I believe our community is really excited about this project and would be looking to be a part of it. Can you please share your Roadmap for the year with us?
Eric: The roadmap for the year is simple: launch the open-beta of the DEVITA mobile application within Q1 of this year which is available to support most devices on Android and IOS. As well as announce our many partnerships or co-developments with companies like Bodi insurance (#2 insurance companies in Mongolia), Polygon, Chainlink, and many more. As well as onboarding at least 4 million users before this time next year.
We have been operating in stealth mode and our community governance is also set to launch in the next coming weeks. And as most would be curious. We have lined up 5 more CEX listings within the next 6 months including one or two tier 1 listing so stay tune for the exciting news. We will also be bridging our ecosystem to at least 4 other layer 1 infrastructures before the year is out and launching our staking pools in Q1 as well.

Host: What are the main goals of this project?
Eric: DEVITA responds to two core problems within the current healthcare landscape and aims to significantly optimize healthcare processes and operations while increasing health inclusivity through innovations in Decentralized Identification (DID) and NFT technology.
The technology is implemented in the creation of a mobile application with telehealth functionality–including a proprietary encrypted messenger/chat application with voice and video functionality– which doubles as a secure Decentralized Health Record (DHR) database and marketplace.
Q2:
Host: Since NFT is popular nowadays, is there a plan for NFT integration?
Eric: YES, our ONE-ID. Our DID service is in the form of an encrypted NFT.
Q3:
Host: Do you have AUDIT certificate or are you working to AUDIT your project, so that the security of the project becomes more secure and reliable?
Eric: Certik has AUDITed us and of course. User sovereignty means we value data privacy and security more than anything
Q4:
Host: Do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?
Eric: Our transaction fees and taxation systems have an automated burn feature which makes our tokens technically a deflationary supply. The BURN is automated.
