Md. Nazmul Hossain is a distinguished professional in the field of technology and innovation. His role encompasses overseeing the company’s operations, strategic planning, leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, communication, team management, project management, compliance & legal matters, financial management, partnerships & community engagement, recruiting & talent management, crisis management, and reporting.
With a profound educational foundation, Nazmul holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics & Electronic Engineering from Rajshahi University, equipping him with a deep understanding of the technological underpinnings necessary for his field.
Prior to his current position, Nazmul has amassed a wealth of experience in the software industry, having held several key positions, including Vice President of a prominent software company, Head of Quality Assurance, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst.
His career is marked by significant achievements and contributions to major projects involving Global Fortune 500 companies, and national and international organizations such as the Ministry of Expatriates’, ILO, World Bank, Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS), among others.
Nazmul’s leadership was instrumental in implementing the largest decentralized biometric worker database software in the RMG industry, spanning over 3000 workstations across various locations. This pioneering project not only showcased his ability to manage and execute complex technological solutions but also his vision for leveraging technology to address real-world challenges.
Furthermore, his strategic insights and business acumen have led to the acquisition of million-dollar projects both nationally and internationally, significantly contributing to the growth and success of his organizations.
