Introducing the dex.blue Interface
Guide through every UI element: Trustless Login, Deposit Form, Charts and Order Book
dex.blue is a decentralized exchange that delivers the best non-custodial crypto trading: liquid, fast and uncompromisingly secure.
In this blog post, we introduce the core interface elements of dex.blue and give a brief overview of what they do!
Task Bar: Wallet and Log in
(1) Display Currency: Set the currency in which you want rates to be displayed (note: this works regardless of the asset you want to trade).
(2) Day/Night Toggle: Switch between the light- and dark mode of the dex.blue trading interface.
(3a) Trustless Login: Press the key symbol to log in and place orders on any device and in any browser, managing the funds from your existing wallet.
(3b) Connect Wallet: Connect your account to the dex.blue platform via MetaMask.
(4a) Wallet Manager: Select the Ethereum address you want to deposit, withdraw and trade with.
(4b) Settings: Set a username and create a Trustless Login for trading on all devices and browsers. Also, creat Delegated Signing Keys that work as APIs.
(4c) Logout: Disconnect your wallet from dex.blue.
Trading Elements: Markets and Orders
(5) Active Market: See information on your currently selected market. For more click the “enlarge” button.
(6) Markets: Displays all available pairs including their last price and volume on the exchange.
(7) New Order form: Here you can buy and sell tokens at your specified rate (Limit Order) or trade at the current market rate (Market Order).
(8) Chart: Shows the global average of the price development at a precision of 1h or 1d.
(9) Your Orders: Shows all the active and historical orders you have placed.
Info Elements: Order Book and Help
(10) Your Balances: Deposit or withdraw from here and see all your balances in the dex.blue smart contract.
(11) Your Transactions: See all your finished and pending deposits, withdrawals and trade transactions.
(12) Order Book: Shows all resting buy- and sell orders in the market.
(13) Trades: Lists all the recent trades, as well as your own trades in the specific market.
(14) Chatbox: Lets you talk with other users and ask for support directly from the dex.blue team.
(15) Interface Help: Opens a pop-up window offering you an interface tour and tutorials.
