Wondering what it is like to go through the 26-hour EOS Hackathon?

Here it is:

Saturday 9am: check-in then grab your breakfast and coffee :)

Next hunt for your hacking table^^

Done.

Time to say hi to your fellow EOS friends.

Langchain X DEXEOS
EOS/Sweden and Kristin from DEXEOS!

Saturday 10am: We went to the conference room to receive instructions for this EOS Hackathon.

Saturday 11am: the whole room rushed off to start brainstorming for a winning dApp. DEXEOS decided and started developing.

EOS Seoul X DEXEOS Hackathon Team
All the participants working hard.

For the rest of the day, we all worked hard even into the late hours of the night to develop our dApp.

Luckily, you get unlimited coffee at the Hackathon.

Anyways I got to walk around and talk with many EOS friends, which some we BPs…which le do interesting conversations. The really SUPER cool thing about working within the EOS Community that everyone I meet has a fascinating perspective to show me. I get so enthralled in conversations I have with EOS dreamers. EOS is a uniquely captivating society.

(P.S. there was a midnight snack served) :D

Sunday 1pm: The Submission Deadline Strikes

Finally, the team fully relaxes.

LOL, the number of people I saw sleeping from hard work was great.

Sunday 2pm: — Teams are called to the 1st round of pitching to the EOS picked judges.

We were the first to pitch.
Dan and DEXEOS

Everyone only had a few minutes to pitch and we enjoyed sharing our idea.

Afterward pitching, we went back to the EOS Hackathon main area and relaxed/mingled.

Sunday 3:30pm: The Closing Ceremony begins

Brian Collins (CSO of AngelHack)

NouGit, a platform providing incentivized repositories, won 1st place and was awarded $100,000. They will be sent to the final EOS Pitch in Cape Town, South Africa hosted on December 7th.

Pollinate, an incentivized pickup and delivery application, followed in 2nd place winning $25,000.

Six Degrees, an application designing for connecting professionals, won 3rd walking home with $10,000.

The EOS Hackathon is not only a great EOS dApp competition, but it is a really a superb place to get to meet the big players in EOS (dApp creators and CEOs).

Once again, Ihad an amazing time at an EOS Hackathon and I hope Block.one will host more events.

See you guys around!
