I’ve been extremely busy solving issues in Dexie Cloud with close contact with some of my very nice and dedicated customers. The more usage, the more of our issues we may detect, and the usage of Dexie Cloud service has indeed increased over the last months.

Good things is that the service is approaching a more solid behaviour — but there are still some issues around synk in combination with accepting invites or converting objects from being private only to become shared, but expect a stone hammered service release within the coming week that does not fail to synk correctly while these types of changes are taking place.

Work is also being done in Dexie.js — fixing issues with unhandled rejections, fixing typings in Dexie 4.0, migrating from BrowserStack to Lambdatest and from Travis to Github Actions.

Intentionally, I didn’t share my goal for a release date of Dexie Cloud, but had the internal goal date set to May 15. This will not be the case though — my new goal is now June 15 or at least in the summer.

If you want to support my work on Dexie.js, please consider donating on Github Sponsors or Open Collective.

Cheers,

David
