FAQ for Gas Token Airdrop in August, 2019

Q: What is the token issued in the Gas Token Airdrop?

The token in the airdrop is DEX.io Gas Token (DEXG), an ERC-20 token with a total of 10 million supplies.

Q: Then why did I receive uDEXG?

In order to ensure that the reward can instant arrive and avoid of the consumption of Gas fee during the issuing of the airdrop, the system will automatically issue uDEXG to the user platform account. The user can convert the obtained uDEXG to DEXG at any time.

The current conversion ratio is DEXG : uDEXG= 1 : 1.

uDEXG has the same function as DEXG (deducting transaction gas fee or withdrawal fee).

Q: What is the use of DEXG/uDEXG?

DEXG/uDEXG can be used directly for reduction of the transaction gas fee and withdrawal fee on the platform.

• Reduction of Transaction Gas Fee. The user will consume gas fee of 6 DEXG/uDEXG per transaction, and the user can use DEXG/uDEXG to deduct the Gas fee (account balance guaranteed minimum: 6 DEXG/uDEXG).
• Reduction of Withdrawal Fee. The user will consume 15 DEXG/uDEXG fee per withdrawal, and the user can use DEXG/uDEXG to deduct the withdrawal fee (account balance guaranteed minimum: 15 DEXG/uDEXG).
• In the future, DEXG can be used to deduct the gas fee consumed by other functions of the platform, and be converted to our DEX Project Token in a certain proportion.

Q: Can DEXG or uDEXG be traded?

DEXG is currently not able to be traded on the DEX.io exchange.

Q: Can I withdraw DEXG or uDEXG from DEX.io?

Users can withdraw DEXG from DEX.io.

uDEXG is not available for withdrawal. Users can convert uDEXG to DEXG before withdrawing from DEX.io.

Q: How do I get an airdrop?

In airdrop activities, there are four ways for users to get airdrop rewards.

• Airdrop Acquisition by Joining the telegram group.
  ① Connect your wallet in DEX.io
  ② Join telegram group. (Required)
  ③ Send your DEX.io registered wallet address to @DEXAirdropBot in private. (+6 DEXG , Required)
• Airdrop Acquisition by First-time depositing.
  ① First-time deposit. (+2 DEXG, Optional)
  ②Get an additional airdrop if the first-time deposit amount ≥ 1 ETH (+5 DEXG, Optional)
• Airdrop Acquisition by TRADING on DEX.io.
• Get 5 DEXG for each transaction if the amount ≥ 0.5 ETH. (Optional)

Q: When will the airdrop arrive?

The airdrop obtained through connecting wallet and joining the telegram group will arrive within three working days. Please check in the balance at DEX.io.

Airdrops obtained in other ways will be credited within 10 minutes. Please check in the balance at DEX.io.

Q: Why can’t I receive an airdrop?

Reasons for users not receiving airdrops, including but not limited to the following:

- Due to the delay of the Ethereum network, etc., it takes a certain amount of time for the airdrop to arrive.
- The wallet address sent to the robot @DEXAirdropBot is different from the registration address on DEX.io. Both wallets must be consistent to get the airdrop.
- Other reasons for not following the airdrop acquisition requests.

Q: Can I link to DEX.io using imToken, Trust or other wallets?

Currently DEX.io only supports MetaMask wallet and two hardware wallets (Ledger and Trezor) link registration.

MetaMask is a widely used open-source browser (Chrome/Firefox/Brave, etc.) plug-in wallet. MetaMask can help users fully control and use assets. All asset changes (withdrawal, transfer, trade) will be confirmed or signed through MetaMask wallet.

Ledger is a hardware wallets that secure your cryptocurrencies assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Monero and many more. Give yourself peace of mind by knowing that your cryptocurrencies are safe. Users can connect to the computer via USB (Ledger Nano S) to double-verify every transaction on DEX.io .

Trezor is a secure cryptocurrency hardware wallet. It enables you to make secure payments and manage cryptocurrencies without exposing any sensitive information to a potentially compromised computer. Users can purchase Trezor One or Trezor Model T at Trezor and then connect it to the computer via USB. Users need to enter relevant operations through the Trezor official website interface.

DEX.io will support other wallets such as imToken/ Trust for connection as soon as possible.

Q: What is the transaction fee at DEX.io?

During the inactivity period at DEX.io, DEX.io will charge 0.1% of the total amount of tokens obtained by the Maker and 0.2% of the total amount of tokens obtained by the Taker.
