On average, our farmers record a 20% revenue growth by selling through us.

Now, we no longer want to regard them as farmers but partners.

The structure around partnership for our supply end changes the whole scope of our relationship and how we approach business. At Farmula, we realize we are looking for parties that offer more than just the goods we desire and in return want to structure a more long term relationship. The question is who is a partner and what do we expect from them?

We need people who have access to fresh produce and are willing to leverage our distros and channels to reach customers always and in return get better margins.

What do we promise?

a. Transparent Communication

The concept of transparent communication isn’t as simple as it sounds, and many suppliers do not embrace it. With a more structured partnership, we will always update partners on trends around the goods we use to satisfy our customers’ demands. Being that the world of supply chains are very dynamic in nature, it is important to have a partner that is honest and we will work with them through thick and thin with them.

b. Cost Optimization Sharing

We will continuously look to improve and not only optimize our partners’ costs but also share cost savings with them. Whether it be a change in design, improved process, or discount in yearly price, we will happily share ideas and benefits with our partners. It is only proper for us to go the extra mile to find the right partner who is always looking to improve and therefore helping us to improve along the way.

c. Similar Goal(s)

We have short and long term goals and as we set out to achieve them, a true partner would have similar goals and with synergy, we can both achieve our goals.

We are spending the necessary time to conduct thorough due diligence to ensure our partners are not just suppliers in how they execute, they are people and firms willing to grow. Supply Partners will act as an extension of our team: informing our critical next steps, sharing in our cost reductions and working to achieve a common goal which will allow them and Farmula to prosper in the short and long term.
