Launching DIAmond Quests on Crew3
We are thrilled to launch a series of quests on Crew3 to enable the community to support the engagement of DIA with simple tasks and earn rewards in the process.
Building a strong community can be very challenging. At DIA DAO, we are happy to have built a very motivated community of builders, believers, and contributors across different channels.
While we have been mostly focusing on identifying top talent among our community members, we are also aware that the power of the community also comes in numbers. To make sure we empower the whole community to support the growth of DIA, we are launching a DIAmond Quest campaign on Crew3.
What is Crew3 and what are DIAmond Quests?
Crew3 is a platform that enables the activation and growth of Web3 communities via a gamified approach by setting up quests that community members can participate in.
Crew3 quests include, but are not limited to:
- Social media quests
- Referral program
- Content quests
- Event & activity participation quests
- Entertainment quests (quiz, enigma, etc.)
- Development quests
The main purpose of launching the DIAmond Quest campaign is to create a framework for community members to support DIA’s marketing efforts in a structured, easily trackable, and engaging way.
Through the DIAmond Quests, the DIA DAO aims to increase the reach and performance of its social media posts, encourage the production of more user-generated content, grow the community, and establish DIA DAO as one of the strongest communities in the Web3 space.
Yes, there are many rewards included!
Cash
Each month will present a new DIAmond Quest, with an initial 200$ reward pool. At the end of each month, the rewards will be distributed equally to 4 lucky winners, 50$ worth of ETH each.
The winners will be randomly selected from all contributors with at least 1 raffle ticket. We will be using this system (drawing random winners) to avoid discouraging new members to participate in the campaign, giving everyone a chance to win a portion of the reward pool.
Please note that some quests on Crew3 are automatically validated and some require participants to submit proof of their completion. You will find detailed instructions for each quest in its description.
Raffle tickets
Each CXP you collect via DIAmond Quest on Crew3 will represent 1 ticket for the raffle at the end of the month. More XP collected through quests means more tickets and therefore, a higher chance to win rewards.
XP
All activities done by contributors on Crew3 are rewarded with XP. This Crew3 XP, internally known as CXP, will work in parallel to the DIA DAO XP, distributed via Dework, our bounty management platform.
Please note that these two XPs won’t be interchangeable: the CXP, gained on Crew3, will only be used within the same platform, in contrast to the Dework XP, which still be used as the main progress tracking system within the DIA DAO.
In addition to cash rewards, each month, the top 10 contributors (based on the amount of CXP earned in a monthly sprint) of each DIAmond Quest will receive DIA DAO XP as follows:
- 1st: 500 XP
- 2nd: 400 XP
- 3rd: 300 XP
- 4th: 200 XP
- 5th-10th: 100 XP
These XP will be distributed on Dework and will count towards weekly and monthly DIA DAO leaderboards.
How to participate in DIAmond Quests?
Anyone can join the DIAmonds Quests campaign and start earning Crew3 XP for their efforts.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to: https://diadao.crew3.xyz/questboard
- Create an account using Discord or a wallet
- Connect your social media accounts
- Complete as many quests as you can, starting with Onboarding Quests.
- Completing the Onboarding Step 1 will grant you a “DIAcrew” Discord role that confirms your participation in the campaign.
- The more quests you complete, the more XP you collect. Each XP acts as a raffle ticket and increases your chances of winning the 50$ reward at the end of the DIAmond Quest monthly sprint.
Note that there will be new quests published on a daily basis. Make sure to check in each day and see what new quests are available.
What comes next?
We decided to launch DIAmond Quests for a test period of 1 month. During this time, we will evaluate the current setup, types of quests, engagement levels, and processes. After a month, we will analyze the results, plan the optimization and create a formal proposal for the DIA DAO community for further extension of the project.
During the test phase, we kindly ask you all to think about potential improvements, new types of quests, and share your opinion about this project.
Additional and different rewards might be added in the future, to further support this initiative.

It is the personal take on topics and bounties formulated under a transparent methodology, in tandem with the value provided to the entire space, that is given the most importance. Consensus reigns supreme due to pre-commitments and local interactions among staunch supporters, who eventually decide the winners of bounties.
Members who are able to best serve DIA DAO are given the honor of representing it in the future. Being a non-profit, DIA DAO is waiting for community members who truly care about it, as they will be chosen to nourish it. The only question remaining is: do you care enough?
