2021 at a Glance: Product Updates

DIA is committed to continually improve its product offering every year, adding new layers of security, efficiency, UX and capabilities. Here is an overview of all the product modules that were aggregated throughout this year, with a special emphasis on the interconnectivity of the Open Metaverse.

Here is a list of all updates:

  • Confidential Computing for DIA oracles with IBM Cloud: DIA is leveraging IBM’s Hyper Protec services for its backend infrastructure. The setup ensures confidentiality of computing operations as well as ensuring data integrity. A secure server hardware architecture bars non-key-holders from accessing or viewing any computing operations that take place off-chain. Learn more.
  • DIA oracles accessible via ENS Registry: To optimise the oracle user experience, DIA is now leveraging Ethereum Naming Service (ENS) domains as a single source of truth for its oracle addresses. Learn more.
  • DIA ART Infrastructure (beta): DIA is working on a new system to track and manage data usage rights that leverages the benefits of decentralisation to create an autonomous market infrastructure and tracking system using Autonomous Rights Tokens, or ‘ARTs ‘ for short. Learn more.
  • DIAx Index Family with Morningstar: DIA introduced the ‘DIAx’ index family. Launched in cooperation with Morningstar Indexes, DIAx indexes provide transparent and regulatory compliant performance measures for individual digital assets and baskets of assets. Learn more.
  • Connectivity layer between NFTs and DeFi: In the midst of the unstructured NFT boom, DIA presented a new product update to leverage its open-source data platform to source, sanitise and deliver harmonised NFT data to enable efficient NFT market development. Learn more.
  • Coinbase Custody support for DIA Token: Coinbase Custody is supporting DIA tokens, enabling compliant and secure storage of DIA tokens via the custody solution of world’s largest regulated digital asset exchange. Learn more.
  • DIA Token ported to BSC as BEP20: DIA made its governance token available on Binance Smart Chain as a native BEP-20 token, enabling the DIA token holder community to benefit from broader accessibility and lower transaction costs. Learn more.
  • DIA’s RSS Feed Integration with Crypto.com: Crypto.com users can now stay on top of DIA’s latest updates and developments in addition to accessing the latest DIA price, volume, and market capitalization data. Learn more.
