2022 in Review: Chain Integrations
This year we saw the relentless development of new L2s, designed for specific uses and applications. Builders, users and liquidity are now spreading across these networks. DIA continued enabling this expansion by integrating with 10+ networks in 2022.
As of December 2022, DIA is integrated with and available to deliver its oracle services across 30+ layer 1 and layer 2 networks. A complete list of all networks can be found on the DIA Ecosystem page.
Here is a list of all blockchains DIA has been integrated with during 2022:
Optimism
Optimism is a fast, stable, and scalable L2 blockchain built by Ethereum developers, for Ethereum developers. DIA’s end-to-end oracle services are now available for builders on Optimism, fostering the safe development of DeFi and NFTfi decentralised applications on the Ethereum Optimistic Rollup.
Astar Network
Astar Network is a scalable decentralized blockchain for the next big Web3 innovations. The network supports the building of dApps with EVM and WASM smart contracts and offers developers true interoperability, with cross-consensus messaging (XCM). DIA is the first oracle provider to integrate its oracle infrastructure with the Astar Network. DIA also provides WASM-compatible oracles on the network.
Evmos
Evmos is a scalable and interoperable Ethereum blockchain, built on Proof-of-Stake with fast-finality. With over $3 million in TVL, Evmos is bringing the world of Ethereum-based applications and assets to the interoperable networks of the Cosmos ecosystem, all while aligning developer and user incentives. DIA has integrated its open-source oracle infrastructure with Evmos, running in the Cosmos ecosystem.
Boba Network
Boba Network is a multichain blockchain Layer2 scaling solution and hybrid compute platform that claims to offer lightning-fast transactions and 60 times lower fees than Ethereum. Boba Network is the first multichain blockchain execution layer, working with multiple EVM-compatible networks. DIA integrated its open-source oracle infrastructure with the Boba Network’s testnet.
Neon
Neon is an Ethereum Virtual Machine with the scalability and liquidity of Solana. The Neon EVM is a synergetic solution for anyone looking to scale Ethereum dApps on Solana in a developer-friendly manner and tap into Solana’s vibrant ecosystem. Neon boasts high throughput of over 2000 TPS in transaction speeds and gas fees lower than 0.000020 $SOL per transaction. DIA now feeds Ethereum-native applications migrated to the Solana ecosystem with accurate and transparent market data.
Wanchain
Wanchain is a L1 blockchain, as well as a decentralised wide area network of blockchains. Wanchain uses a Proof of Stake consensus algorithm called Galaxy Consensus that leverages a variety of cryptographic mechanisms. DIA’s deployed oracles reduce the go-to-market time for developers on Wanchain and provide them with the tools necessary to enable their dApps.
Fuse Network
Fuse is a decentralized blockchain-powered platform that seeks to enable genuine mass adoption of crypto payments and DeFi. Currently, over 100 million transactions from more than 1 million wallets have been powered on the network. DIA’s oracles help power Fuse with use cases including stablecoins, staking, yield farming, etc.
Telos
Telos is a third-generation blockchain platform for building fast, scalable distributed applications with feeless transactions. Telos is the first EVM-compatible blockchain built on EOSIO. DeFi developers on Telos can now leverage DIA’s broad set of data feeds since DIA’s data and oracle infrastructure is now available on the layer 1 blockchain.
CLV
CLV is a Substrate-based L1 chain that is EVM compatible and thus cross-chain interoperable. CLV is able to leverage the extensive functionalities that Substrate provides out-of-the-box, rather than needing to build them from scratch. Created for the next 100 million crypto users, CLV is a one-stop platform for cross-chain and decentralized applications. DIA became the go-to oracle provider for the CLV ecosystem in 2022.
OKC
OKC is a L1 blockchain network built on Cosmos that aims for optimal interoperability and performance. OKC is 100% IBC and EVM-compatible, with extremely low costs and fast transaction speeds up to 5000 TPS for contract interactions. DIA entered the OKC ecosystem by making its data and oracle infrastructure available on the Layer 1 blockchain.
Velas
Velas is a third-generation smart contract platform that supports Solidity and the EVM. With low-cost gas prices, quick block times, and a speed that can handle 75.000 TPS, Velas competes not just with conventional EVM blockchains but also with their Layer-2 scaling solutions. DIA’s end-to-end oracle services are now available for builders on the Velas blockchain.
