DIA CSO Joins MAMA Executive Board
We are excited to announce that Ioana Surpateanu, DIA’s Chief Strategy Officer joins the executive board of the on-chain asset management association MAMA.
MAMA (Multichain Asset Managers Association) is a global community of organisations working to transform asset management through blockchain technology. MAMA envisions investment funds of the future entirely set up, operated, audited and regulated using blockchain technology. This will deliver greater efficiency, transparency, security and dramatically lower costs for investors and investment managers.
MAMA works with regulators, carries out projects, organises events and shares insights in order to bring about an appropriate regulatory and supervisory regime for on-chain asset management. Members of the MAMA global community include Aave, Archax, Tezos Foundation, MakerDAO, Coinshares, to name a few.
Ioana Surpateanu, DIA’s Chief Strategy Officer, has joined the executive board of MAMA to accelerate the asset management transformation via the deployment of decentralised technologies. Ioana and DIA will support the efforts of MAMA and members to model an appropriate regulatory environment for Decentralised Finance.
