Diabeto is now compatible with Bayer Contour Plus Glucometer

We are happy to announce that the Diabeto hardware would be compatible with Bayer contour plus Glucometer. The port on this glucometer is 3.5mm, users will have to attach a 3.5mm adapter on top of the Diabeto before inserting the jack in the glucometer. Don’t worry, we will be providing the 3.5mm adapter in the Diabeto packaging. Also, like all Bayer series glucometer, Bayer Contour Plus needs to be switched on before the transfer happens. This glucometer would be compatible with both, iOS and Android applications.

Offlately, Bayer Contour plus is gaining popularity in India and other Asian countries and we were getting many inquiries for making this glucometer compatible with Diabeto. Well, so we have added another awesome Glucometer in our arsenal.

Yes, we are constantly working on new Glucometer compatibility so stay tuned for more updates. Meanwhile, we will be first launching the Diabeto iOS, Android applications and the cloud app. Users would be able to add blood glucose manually with the application and get a detailed view of their diabetes management in the cloud application.
