We are proud to announce that we are now accepting applications for internships for Winter 2021! DiagKNOWstics Learning is an Ed Tech company based out of Ann Arbor, MI. We design online, adaptive learning instructional platforms for quantitative K-12 and college courses, developed from evidence-based Learning Theory. DiagKNOWstics is the recipient of the 2015 Ann Arbor Education Award.

The following describes the two types of internships offered:

Math Content & Ed Tech Internship:

We are seeking a Math Content & Ed Tech Design intern to help proofread math questions, check solutions, and develop questions that are similar to existing ones, among other tasks. This internship will be done under the supervision of DiagKNOWStics’s Associate Director of Learning, and will include opportunities for the intern to explore other areas of ed tech that they are interested in learning about, and can also receive guidance and feedback on their ideas and work. The ideal candidate would be interested in thinking about the psychology behind math learning, and will be self-motivated, since the internship is remote. Must be proficient in Geometry, Algebra, and Pre-Calculus. Some familiarity with LaTex is a plus, but not required.

School Outreach & Evaluation Internship:

We are seeking a School Outreach & Evaluation intern to help provide access to our platform to four-year universities, community colleges, and high schools. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, confident, and outspoken. You will work alongside DiagKNOWStics’s Director of Learning to develop effective methods to help schools access our platforms — including expanding our program to provide free access to low-income schools. This internship will also include opportunities for the intern to explore other areas of policy and program evaluation that they are interested in, and can receive guidance and feedback on their ideas and work.

This position is entirely remote with flexible hours. Bi-weekly Zoom meetings will help you get feedback and help with accountability. The position will begin in January 2021 and last until April 2021.

Application Deadline: December 30th.

This is an 10-week part-time unpaid remote internship. Please email contact@diagknowstics.com for more information.
