As a company,your main aim is to create value for your customer. Why can’t it be the same way for marketing? Creating brand awareness,and at the same time creating value for someone. Or if that is not youe niche,why not do something radical,that forces a community to think differently on a subject? This is what we did at playyoursport. Here I will give a brief about the two marketing campaign that worked for us.

1) #KnowYourCoach

As SaaS provider to different sports facilities,we realised the sports coaches and instructors had a great story to share. We realised here lies a great opportunity for creating value for our customer while marketing ourselves. So,every 3 days,we shared a story regarding a trainer. The benefit was felt by both sides : The trainers and us. Here is a screenshot of one of our customer :

2) Sports Quotient

This was something revolutionary which has never been done. We always judge a school based on its boards/jee result. But,the biggest part played in a child’s development is played by sports. Why don’t we ever judge a school by its sports infrastructure and achievements? Though this in itself was time consuming. Every article took around a week to complete. But the results were amazing.

Moral : Always think of ways to help your customers.Marketing will follow.
