How does your role further DICE’s mission?

My unique EPIC customization expertise allows me to push DICE’s innovation further with EPIC integration.

What is a typical workday like for you?

“Email, Learning, Programming” in an infinite loop.

What tech trends most excite you?

Machine Learning.

What is your favorite part of working at DICE?

DICE pushes my limit on what I can do. DICE gives me time and space to learn and grow to fulfill any request Jefferson demands.

What were you doing before working at DICE?

I was a Senior Application Development Specialist at Weill Cornell Medical College. I customized and maintained EPIC Ambulatory and MyChart module for seven years with a team of developers.

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned while working at DICE?

Nothing is impossible if people are willing to work together!

What does success in your role mean to you?

Having data that shows a positive impact of my work for Jefferson and its patients, that would be a success for me.

If you had to pick a superpower, what would it be and why?

Have the ability to learn a lot of stuff without getting tired. There is not enough time/energy to learn everything I want to learn.

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I would spend some time furthering my education — research how to effectively donate money to people in need to make a positive impact in the world.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a philosopher or a mathematician.
