Three years ago when we envisioned starting a team that was driven by design principles, an agile mindset, and a drive to execute and deliver, we didn’t think we were going to change the world… and now… this is what we do every day. We are a group of humans focused on using digital platforms to improve lives. And although we are principled, agile and driven, the quality that makes us successful at what we do is that we are human, and that we manifest this humanity in the concerted service of others…every day. This is our greatest strength.

We are fortunate to work at an institution such as Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health where our team is encouraged to extend into the entire organization and beyond… and where this drive to serve and improve (and even save) lives is an organic part of what we do. As a university and a hospital system, we can exercise this commitment in everything we do and as a team working on digital solutions and platforms, we can leverage their amazing ability to bring about massive change to our benefit.

While our industries are not known to embrace digital technologies let alone invent them, Jefferson is committed to changing this perception. In the last 3 years, we have claimed our place as a leader in digital transformation in healthcare and education. Now it is time for us to deliver the advancements that make us an industry that leads the digital revolution. And the only way to do this is by working together and by focusing on the very strengths that got us here — our drive to excel and be the best at what we do and our desire to serve others and our great institution.
