How Travis CI killed the productivity of a 100+ team in 2 hours

tl;dr Travis CI caused a 16-engineer-manday+ loss to my working company, by suddenly switching my working company’s organization from a (non-listed) plan with 20 concurrent job to a plan with limited build time credit (so-call usage based plan).
