If you’re curious to know what a typical day at Dig Insights is like, there’s really no one answer. A typical Wednesday morning at Dig HQ, on the other hand, almost always begins with an all-hands meeting at the office kitchen.

Our all-hands meetings enable us to touch base and keep alignment with the team at all levels, across different departments.

Take today’s all-hands for example.

Nancy Niu shared her key takeaways from the last Women In Research (WIRe) event, Taking MRX in a New Direction: AI, Cannabis, and Gen Z.

Dig Insights Research Manager, Cindy Wenfu, also shared her own views and learnings from a panel discussion, co-hosted by the Chinese Research & Analytics Society of Canada and Chinese Finance Association, on the changing role of market research in the financial industry.

During these meetings, we also get to collectively celebrate the company’s achievements, and properly acknowledge the departments, and individuals behind these successes.

Our primary goal for each all-hands meeting is to provide a unique space for all our team members, from the founders to the interns, to ask questions, get answers, and share insights.
