Health and wellbeing: where insurance and daily life could come together in the most vital and logical way.

The focus on health and wellbeing has been a trend for insurers the past years, with new data sources like wearables being launched, but with the pandemic going on this has increased to an extent that it will never faint away. It could even be thé chance for life and health insurers to pivot from risk and mortality to prevention and longevity. They could become partners in the effort to live the longest, healthiest life possible.

In the past 2 years Digital Insurance Group has had more discussions over life insurance than ever before. Some of them lead to new product introductions, most to new propositions and all of them to digital journeys for life insurance.

We helped Prudential launch their new life insurance including Vitality in Argentina and Brazil and we worked with dacadoo on a sales journey that differentiates pricing based on health profiles. And we enabled the launch of klare, a fully digital life insurer.

We have the privilege to talk to the leading insurers and love to learn from their experience while adding our technological options and views. In this series we share the views of some outstanding people in the life and health insurance market. We ask them about how they embrace life& wellbeing as an insurance company and how they look ahead.
