New (or I should say “Old”) stories have been coming in and I’m currently working on the next issue.

We received some interesting stories for Digging Up Bones Issue #2. Here’s your chance to read it if you missed it.

I’ve been told — those who contributed are receiving new reads, responses, and claps on stories that may have stayed forgotten.

And it makes me feel good to know people still like to read stories I wrote months ago that were not behind the pay wall yet. I’m sure there are more of those that also got buried.

Send stories now, if you haven’t already.

I will do my best to keep this publication going so our old stories will survive another round of people eyeballing them!

Gathering bones for the next issue

Expected to go out November 30, with your old stories highlighted once again.

Remember — a few basics:

  • 4–7 minutes long
  • over three months old
  • and please no cursing (heck works just as well).

GUIDELINES for your reference.

HOW TO SEND A STORY

I’m sorry to have not mentioned this sooner:

To send a story to me: Just open the story you wish to send, then look at the top of the page and copy the URL, paste it directly into a response to me.

AND PLEASE, do not pull it out from where it was published. When I receive the URL all the info about your story — where it was published, the date, picture, etc., — it stays with your story. All I’m doing is referring to it.
