Diginex and OKWAVE Announce Blockchain Industry Partnership

Diginex, a digital asset financial services and advisory company, and OKWAVE Ltd., who operates Japan’s first and largest Q&A site OKWAVE, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to conduct joint research into applications of blockchain technology and the STO (Security Token Offering) industry.

OKWAVE and Diginex will work together to conduct joint research and feasibility studies on blockchain solutions. Both OKWAVE and Diginex believe that blockchain technology has the potential to make business processes more efficient and societies more secure.

OKWAVE and Diginex will perform a joint research study regarding the distribution of the emerging STO industry.

OKWAVE will also hold discussions regarding the possibility of strategic investment in Diginex based on this agreement.
