X4FIRE Team found the needs to monitor SAFETY behaviors that occur daily in a plant and outlined which important information must be addressed by #iDO industrial digital operator, through Push Notifications to the concerned plant followers.
What was the trigger for this analysis?
#iDO Industrial Digital Operator has been equipped by VITA skill in order to dedicated SAFETY monitoring and notifications regarding specific equipment, plant area or process phases.
#iDO supported plant follower and he analyzed the big-data received daily from the industrial plants and identified two important COAL SILO SAFETY phases to be monitored:
- The starting of the coal silo filling activity;
- The conclusion of the above activity, once the ATEX ZONE is consequently back into a safe condition.
What is the value to the customer?
The value for the customer is surely given by the knowledge of the information he can receive in any place on the industrial plant or not.
Moreover, this information allows to implement safety procedures according to the plant safety condition addressed by #iDO notification. This also if plant safety manager is not directly involved into specific hazardous activities.
