What did our team find?
#iDO, the Industrial Digital Operator reported a totally out-of-range pH value of a solution used to treat workpieces.
What was the trigger for this analysis?
The early warning was made possible by #iDO, the Industrial Digital Operator working within Mosaico Digital WORKSPACE. #iDO collects the pH-metres values and check that they do not go over the threshold; if this happens #iDO is able to report this malfunction to the operators.
What was the value to the customer?
Sharing information within Mosaico Digital workspace, it was possible to inform plant followers in order to understand what was happening and to be able to deal with the problem. The operators realised that the pH-measuring electrode was not working properly, so they intervened to clean the sensor.
